Der Kläger darf die Vollstreckung aus dem Versäumnisurteil und aus diesem Urteil durch Sicherheitsleistung oder Hinterlegung in Höhe von 110 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
