Es wird festgestellt, dass der Beklagten keinerlei Ansprüche finanzieller Art gegen die klagenden Partei zustehen, insbesondere nicht aus einem angeblich abgeschlossenen Vertrag über die Aufnahme der klagenden Partei in die Onlinedatenbank der Beklagten. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, die klagende Partei von den Kosten der Inanspruchnahme des Rechtsanwalts X, D freizustellen in Höhe von 130,50 € für dessen außergerichtliche Tätigkeit im Rahmen der Durchsetzung des negativen Feststellungsanspruchs gegen die Beklagte.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.
