Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 100,00 EURO (in Worten:

einhundert Euro) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem

jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 13.07.2011 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
