Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 718,07 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 0,18 Prozentpunkten jährlich über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 1.10.2010 zu zahlen.
Überdies wird die Beklagte verurteilt, an den Kläger vorgerichtliche Rechtsverfolgungskosten in Höhe von 120,67 € zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagten wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung abzuwenden durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages, sofern nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
