Tenor

Das Versäumnisurteil des Amtsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 24.09.2010 wird aufrechterhalten.

Die Beklagte trägt auch die weiteren Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist wegen des Auskunftsanspruchs gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 1.500,- € und wegen der Kosten gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Vollstreckung aus dem Versäumnisurteil darf nur fortgesetzt werden, wenn diese Sicherheit geleistet ist.
