Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 4.459,30 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 8 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus 2.088,00 € seit dem 29.10.2006, aus 2.142,00 € seit dem 29.10.2007 sowie aus 229,30 € seit dem 27.11.2007 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen bis auf die Kosten, die durch die Anrufung des unzuständigen Amtsgerichts Menden entstanden sind, die die Klägerin zu tragen hat.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von jeweils 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
