Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, als Gesamtschuldner an die Klägerin zu 1) 2.907,61 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 19.01.2006 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Gerichtskosten und die außergerichtlichen Kosten der Beklagten werden der Klägerin zu 1) zu 34 %, der Klägerin zu 2) zu 4 % und den Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 62 % auferlegt. Die außergerichtlichen Kosten der Klägerin zu 1) werden zu 65 % den Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner auferlegt und werden im Übrigen von ihr selbst getragen. Die Klägerin zu 2) trägt ihre außergerichtlichen Kosten selbst.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für die Klägerin zu 1) jedoch nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages. Die Klägerinnen können die Zwangsvollstreckung der Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollsteckenden Betrags abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in jeweils gleicher Höhe leisten.
