für R e c h t erkannt:

    1. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 3.995,04 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 8 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz der Europäischen Zentralbank seit dem 27.07.05 zu zahlen.
    1. Die Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.
    1. Das Urteil ist gegen eine Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des beizutreibenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
