Unter Abweisung der Klage im Übrigen wird die Beklagte verurteilt, an die Klägerin 352,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 % Punkten über Basiszins seit 10.11.2004 zu zahlen
Von den Gerichtskosten tragen:
46 % die Klägerin zu 1), 4 % die Beklagte, 50 % der Kläger zu 2).
Von den außergerichtlichen Kosten der Klägerin zu 1) tragen 91 % die Klägerin zu 1) selbst, 9 % die Beklagte.
Von den außergerichtlichen Kosten des Klägers zu 2) tragen 100 % der Kläger zu 2) selbst.
Von den außergerichtlichen Kosten der Beklagen tragen 4 % die Beklagte selbst, 46 % die Klägerin zu 1), 50 % der Kläger zu 2).
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
