für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 5% Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz aus 1.509,70 EUR für den Zeitraum vom 25.11.2003 bis zum 03.03.2004 einschließlich zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 57% und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 43%.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der jeweilige Vollstreckungsschuldner kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des aus dem Urteil vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der jeweilige Vollstreckungsgläubiger zuvor in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit geleistet hat.
