hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf
auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 19. Januar 2001
durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X
für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin
5.720,-- DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 15.03.2000 zu
zahlen.
Wegen des weitergehenden Zinsanspruchs wird die
Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites werden dem Beklagten
auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe
von 9.000,-- DM, die auch in Form einer selbst-
schuldnerischen, unbefristeten Bürgschaft einer
deutschen Großbank oder Sparkasse erbracht werden
können, vorläufig vollstreckbar.
