Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin

zu zahlen.
Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden gegeneinander
aufgehoben.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
