hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im schriftlichen Verfahren am 30. August 1994

durch die Richterin X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 291,60 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen

hieraus seit dem 12.8.1993 nebst 4 % Zinsen aus 30,-- DM vom 12.8.1993

bis 16.5.1994 nebst 4 % Zinsen aus 756,37 DM vom 12.8.1993 bis zum

5.7.1994 sowie 10,-- DM vorgerichtlicher Mahnkosten zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 495 a Abs. 2 ZPO abgesehen.
