Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 424,54 DM (in Worten: vierhundertvier-undzwanzig 54/100 Deutsche Mark) nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 25. Oktober 1993 so-wie 6,50 DM vorgerichtliche Kosten zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
