Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf auf die mündliche Verhandlung

vom 16. November 1993 durch den Richter X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt,

an die Kläger 312,28 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit

dem 3.2.1993 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden den

Klägern 71 % und der Beklagten 29 % auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
