Following an oral hearing on 16 August 1993, the District Court of Düsseldorf partially granted the plaintiff's claim against the defendant. It ordered the defendant to pay DM 488.88, together with interest at 4% from 2 October 1992, and dismissed the remainder of the claim. Das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

hat auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 16.8.1993

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den

Kläger DM 488,88 nebst 4 % Zinsen seit

dem 2.10.1992 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die

Beklagte zu 33 %, der Kläger zu 67 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
