Following an oral hearing on 24 May 1993, Düsseldorf Local Court partially granted the plaintiff's claim against the defendant. Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 24.5.1993

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger DM 752,-- nebst

4 % Zinsen seit dem 16. Januar 1993 zu zahlen.

Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger 3/4 und

die Beklagte 1/4.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Den Parteien wird nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen

Sicherheitsleistung in der Höhe abzuwenden, in der vollstreckt wird.
