In this first-instance civil judgment, the Local Court Düsseldorf partially upheld the payment claims brought by two plaintiffs against the defendant. für R e c h t erkannt:

Unter Abweisung der Klage im übrigen

wird die Beklagte verurteilt, sowohl

an die Klägerin als auch an den Kläger

jeweils einen Betrag von DM 319,67 nebst

12,5 % Zinsen zugunsten der Klägerin seit

dem 4.12.1992, zugunsten des Klägers seit

dem 5.12.1992 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die

Klägerin und der Kläger zu jeweils 32 %,

die Beklagte zu 36 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
