Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, den Kläger von einer Forderung des Rechtsanwalt Y. aus R. i.H.v. 564,66 € nebst fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 11.01.2017 freizustellen.

Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
