Tenor
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger ein weiteres Schmerzensgeld von 2.000,00 EUR nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 9. Februar 2004 zu zahlen.
Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
