Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 4.000,00 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 23.09.1999 zu zahlen.
Der Klägerin werden die durch die Anrufung des unzuständigen Gerichts entstandenen Mehrkosten auferlegt. Im übrigen trägt die Beklagte die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
