Zustellungsurkunden, mit denen die Zustellung der Klageschrift bzw. eines Versäumnisurteils belegt worden sind, begründen als öffentliche Urkunden so lange den vollen Beweis der darin bezeugten Tatsachen, bis nicht deren Unrichtigkeit voll bewiesen ist.

Tenor

Der Einspruch der Beklagten gegen das Versäumnisurteil des Amtsgerichts Bocholt vom 04.09.2012 (AZ. 11 C 101/12) wird als unzulässig verworfen.

Die Beklagte trägt die weiteren Kosten des Verfahrens.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
