Tenor
I. Die am 27.02.2003 vor dem Standesbeamten des Standesamtes Bochum
unter der Heiratsregister-Nr.: # geschlossene Ehe der Parteien wird
geschieden.
II. Der Antragsteller wird verurteilt, als Kindesunterhalt für den am 04.09.2003
geborenen S ab dem 1. des der Rechtskraft des Scheidungsurteils
folgenden Monats, zum jeweils 3. Tag des laufenden Monats, einen
Kindesunterhalt in Höhe von 199,00 EUR an die Antragsgegnerin zu
zahlen.
III. Der Antragsgegnerin wird die alleinige elterliche Sorge für S, geb. am # übertragen.
IV. Das Urteil ist hinsichtlich des Ausspruchs zum Kindesunterhalt vorläufig
vollstreckbar.
Dem Antragsteller bleibt insoweit nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollstreckung
durch Sicherheitsleistung des jeweils fälligen Betrages abzuwenden,
es sei denn, die Antragsgegnerin leistet zuvor Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe.
V. Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.
