Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 801,01 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz der europäischen Zentralbank seit dem 28.01.2019 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten der Säumnis im Termin vom 16.07.2019 trägt der Kläger. Die sonstigen Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, sofern nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
