Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger Euro 957,50 nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 22.05.2012 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.
