Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, 829,12 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 28.09.2010 an die Klägerin zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu 79 % und die Klägerin zu 21 % zu tragen.
