Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, die Klägerin von 80 % der Forderung aus dem Bestattungsvertrag mit dem Bestattungshaus S, Q-Straße ##, #### C, gemäß Rechnung vom 05.10.2007 i.H. von 1.537,48 € zu befreien.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 20 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 80 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der jeweilige Kostenschuldner kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der jeweilige Gläubiger zuvor Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
