Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, dem Kläger entsprechend der diesem Urteil anliegenden Bestellliste des Klägers vom 6.7.2006 die dort aufgeführten 28 Positionen Postwertzeichen mit den dort genannten Nennwerten und in der genannten Menge, zusammen im Werte von 1.400,00 Euro, zu liefern.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung des Klägers durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 400,00 Euro vorläufig abwenden, wenn nicht dieser zuvor in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
