Die Beklagte wird verurteilt , an den Kläger 1.924,14 EUR nebst 5% Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 13.8.05 zu zahlen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger 4 %, die Beklagte 96 %.
