In this first-instance civil judgment, the Bonn Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff DM 3,300, together with 4% interest on DM 1,650 from 6 January 1999 and on a further DM 1,650 from 4 February 1999. The court dismissed the remainder of the claim. Costs were allocated one third to the plaintiff and two thirds to the defendant. In dem Rechtsstreit

hat das Amtsgericht Bonn

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 22. Juni 1999

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 3.300,00· DM nebst 4 % Zinsen aus jeweils 1.650,00 DM seit dem 06.01. und 04.02.1999 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger 1/3, die Beklagte 2/3.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für den Kläger

jedoch nur gegen Sicherheitsleistungen in Höhe von 4.300,00 DM.

Der Kläger kann die Vollstreckung der Beklagten gegen Sicherheitsleistung oder Hinterlegung in Höhe von 300,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte zuvor Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
