Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.850,00 € nebst 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz aus 110,00 € seit dem 20.12.2009, aus 471,00 € seit dem 27.01.2010 und aus 1.269,00 € seit dem 11.03.2010 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
