Following an oral hearing on 30 June 2006, Brühl Local Court dismissed the plaintiff’s claim against the defendant and ordered the plaintiff to bear the costs of the proceedings. hat das Amtsgericht Brühl auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 30.06.2006 durch den Richter am Amtsgericht Dr. C für Recht erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Kläger auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Kläger darf die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
