Tenor

Das Versäumnisurteil vom XX.XX.XXXX wird aufrecht erhalten, soweit der Beklagte darin verurteilt worden ist, an den Kläger einen Betrag in Höhe von 358,47 Euro nebst Zinsen hieraus in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem XX.XX.XXXX sowie 7,50 Euro Mahnkosten zu zahlen.
