Tenor
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 139,97 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 %-Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 27.10.2011 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 94 % und die Beklagten zu 6 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Den Parteien bleibt nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht der jeweilige Vollstreckungsgläubiger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
