Der Verkündungstermin vom 14.07.2017 wird aufgehoben, da die Entscheidung schon jetzt wie folgt ergehen kann:
Der Antrag der Antragstellerin (auf Räumung und Herausgabe der Wohnung) wird zurückgewiesen.
