Die Beklagte wird unter Klageabweisung im Übrigen verurteilt, an den Kläger 2.740,86 € nebst Zinsen i.H.v. 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 15.04.2016 zu zahlen und ihn von den Honorarforderungen der Sachverständigen I und C i.H.v. 582,74 € und seiner Prozessbevollmächtigten i.H.v. 218,72 € freizustellen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar gegen Sicherheitsleistung i.H.v. 110 % des jeweils beizutreibenden Betrages.
