Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.598,00 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 26.01.2008 zu zahlen;
die Beklagte wird ferner verurteilt, an den Kläger 229,55 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 04.03.2008 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils vollstreckbaren Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
