Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner weiter verurteilt, an die Klägerin außergerichtliche Anwaltskosten in Höhe von 46,41 € nebst 5 Prozentpunkten Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz hieraus seit 02.08.2009 zu bezahlen.
Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin 64 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner 36 %.
Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
