In dem Rechtsstreit

hat das Amtsgericht Aachen

im vereinfachten Verfahren gemäß § 495a ZPO ohne mündliche Verhandlung am 15.09.2008

für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 333,14 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 25.06.2008 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
