Tenor
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger wei-tere 175,99 Euro nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 28.09.2004 zu zahlen.
Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 94 % und die Beklag-ten zu 6 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Beide Parteien können die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Seite Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
