Das Urteil vom 29.12.2005 wird im Tenor dahin berichtigt, dass der dritte Satz des Te-nors (Kostenentscheidung) wie folgt lautet:

„Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 77 % und die

Beklagte zu 23 %.“
