Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 817,88 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 05.10.2004 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Ge-samtschuldner.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagten können die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwen-den, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
