Tenor

Gegen den Verfügungsschuldner wird wegen Zuwiderhandlung gegen das von ihm in dem Vergleich vom 5. 10. 2004 übernommene Verbot, mit der Verfügungsgläubigerin keinen Kontakt aufzunehmen, ein Ordnungsgeld von 1.500 €, ersatzweise für je 150 € ein Tag Ordnungshaft, festgesetzt.

Der Verfügungsschuldner hat die Kosten des Verfahrens zu tragen.

Der Verfügungsgläubigerin wird für das Vollstreckungsverfahren weiterhin ratenfreie Prozesskostenhilfe unter Beiordnung von RA Dr. XX aus Aachen bewilligt (§ 114 ZPO).
