Das Sorgerecht für das Kind Z vom I, geb. am 12. 3. 1999 wird der Antragsgegnerin entzogen und auf das Jugendamt B als Vormund übertragen.

Gerichtskosten werden nicht erhoben, außergerichtliche Kosten nicht erstattet.

Der Streitwert wird für die Hauptsache auf 3.000,-- Euro und für das EA-Verfahren auf 500,-- Euro festgesetzt.
