Résumé

The Zurich Cantonal Court, Civil Chamber, dealt with an appeal against the Pfäffikon District Court judgment on costs and compensation consequences. It held that the present appeal proceeding had to be joined with the related appellate proceeding LY110009. As a result of that joinder, the proceeding was discontinued and struck off. The court ordered written notification to the files of LY110009.
