The applicant appealed a first-instance summary judgment concerning civil status determination. Before the appellate court decided the merits, she withdrew the appeal by letter received on 7 December 2015. The order constitutes a final decision within the meaning of Art. 90 BGG; in such a procedural decision, a federal appeal may be available subject to the ordinary admissibility rules.

Berufung gegen ein Urteil des Einzelgerichts im summarischen Verfahren am Bezirksgericht Dietikon vom 27. Oktober 2015 (EP150006-M)
Erwägungen: Mit Schreiben vom 4. Dezember 2015, beim Obergericht eingegangen am 7. Dezember 2015, zog die Gesuchstellerin die Berufung zurück. D as Verfahren ist entsprechend abzuschreiben. Mit dem Rückzug wird auch die erstinstanzliche Regelung der Kostenfolge rechtskräftig. Ausgangsgemäss sind die Geri chtskosten des Berufungsverfahrens der Gesuchstellerin (Art. 106 Abs. 1 ZPO) aufzuerlegen. Es wird beschlossen: 1. Das Verfahren wird abgeschrieben. 2. Die zweitinstanzliche Entscheidgebühr wird auf Fr. 100.– festgesetzt. 3. Die Gerichtskosten des Berufungsverfahrens werden der Gesuchstellerin auferlegt. 4. Schriftliche Mitteilung an die Gesuchstelleri n und an die Vorinstanz, je gegen Empfangsschein. D i e ersti nstanzli che n Akten gehen nach unbenütztem Ablauf der Rechtsmit- telfrist an die Vorinstanz zurück. 5. Eine Beschwerde gegen diesen Entscheid an das Bundesgericht ist i nnert 30 Tagen von der Zustellung an beim Schweizerischen Bundesgericht, 1000 Lausanne 14, einzureichen. Zulässigkeit und Form einer solchen Be- schwerde ri chten si ch nach Art. 72 ff. (Beschwerde in Zivilsachen) oder Art. 113 ff. (subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde) in Verbindung mit Art. 42 des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgericht (BGG). Dies ist ein Endentscheid im Sinne von Art. 90 BGG. Es handelt sich um eine nicht vermögensrechtliche Angelegenheit. Die Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht hat keine aufschiebende Wirkung.
Hinsichtlich des Fristenlaufs gelten die Art. 44 ff. BGG.
