Résumé

In a copyright dispute, the Zurich Higher Court, I. Civil Chamber, issued a procedural order following a referral by the District Court of Dielsdorf. It held that the case belonged before the Commercial Court, ordered the transfer of the proceedings LK110001-O to that court, and struck the matter from its own register. The parties were notified in writing, and the file was forwarded to the Commercial Court.
