Erwägungen: Gegen das vorinstanzliche Urteil des Bezirksgerichtes Bülach vom 15. März 2013 haben sowohl die Klägerin als auch der Beklagte Berufung erhoben. Die Themen beider Verfahren decken sich weitestgehend (Obhut, Besuchsrecht, Unterhalt). Zur Vereinfachung und zwecks Vermeidung widersprüchlicher Entscheide ist das vorliegende Verfahren mit dem Berufungsverfahren Geschäfts-Nr. LE130039 zu vereinigen (Art. 125 lit. c ZPO), unter jener Nummer weiterzuführen und als dadurch erledigt abzuschreiben. Es wird beschlossen: 1. Das vorliegende Berufungsverfahren wird mit dem Berufungsverfahren Ge- schäfts-Nr. LE130039 vereinigt und unter jener Nummer weitergeführt. 2. Das vorliegende Berufungsverfahren wird als dadurch erledigt abgeschrie- ben. 3. Schriftliche Mitteilung in Geschäfts-Nr. LE130039.
