The Obergericht, II. Zivilkammer, granted the applicant permission to pay a CHF 3,000 court advance in four monthly instalments of CHF 750, starting on 16 August 2012. It further specified the default warning: if even one instalment is missed, the instalment arrangement falls away and a single short grace period under Art. 101 ZPO is to be granted.

Es wird verfügt: 1. Der Gesuchstellerin wird bewilligt, den ihr auferlegten Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 3'000.-- in Raten von je Fr. 750.-- zu zahlen, und zwar jeweils am 16. jeden Monats oder am folgenden Werktag, beginnend mit dem 16. August 2012. Bei Säumnis mit auch nur einer Rate fiele die Bewilligung von Ratenzahlungen dahin und würde eine einmalige kurze Nachfrist im Sinne von Art. 101 Abs. 2 ZPO angesetzt. 2. (...)
