The decision states, in light of the Federal Supreme Court's coordination ruling, that the examination of approval or non-approval of a zoning-plan determination under § 329(4) PBG belongs exclusively to the Administrative Court. Baurekurskommission IV therefore lacks authority to review approval decisions issued by the Baudirektion.

BRKE IV Nr. 0009/2001 vom 26. Januar 2001in BEZ 2001 Nr. 14 Mit Bundesgerichtsentscheid 1P.122+124/2000 vom 22. November 2000 über die Verfahrenskoordination wurde klargestellt, dass die Zuständigkeit zur Einholung und Beurteilung des Entscheides über die Genehmigung oder Nichtgenehmigung einer nut- z ungsplanerischen Festlegung entsprechend dem Wortlaut von § 329 Abs. 4 PBG aus- schliesslich beimVerwaltungsgericht liegt (vgl. dazu auch BRKE I Nr. 107/1999 in BEZ 1999 Nr. 21). Die Baurekurskommissionen sind somit entgegen der vom Verwaltungsge- richt vertretenen Auffassung (BEZ 1998 Nr. 9, BEZ 1999 Nrn. 3 und 22 sowie BEZ 2000 Nr. 16) zur Überprüfung der Genehmigungsentscheide der Baudirektion nicht befugt.
